The article reviews the problems and prospects of occupational well-being studies in modern psychology. Analysis of scientific publications shows that the main methodological issue of well-being research is the problem of definition of the term. An overview of the main models of occupational well-being in foreign psychology is provided; the models of environmental and personal determinants of well-being are described; some questions of psychological diagnostic of occupational well-being are discussed. The approaches to the development of organizational intervention programs aimed at improving the occupational well-being, including coaching, cognitive-behavioral therapy, eHealth, are considered.
